Valentines Tomato Sauce

1-3 cans tomato paste
one or two cans tomato soup
fresh minced garlic
meat or vegetables to flavor
1 ts white pepper
1/2 ts cayenne
2-3 tbsp oregano
2-3 tbsp thyme
2-3 tbsp basil
1-2 tbsp sage
1/2 to 1 tbsp ginger
1-2 tbsp damiana leaves
Parmesan, breadcrumbs (optional)

Mix the paste with the soup and stir together, heating over a low to medium-low temperature. Add water to thin if needed. Add the meat and/or vegetables, and mix thoroughly. Then add the other ingredients while stirring the sauce. Cook for 5 minutes and serve over a stuffed pasta, such as tortellini or ravioli for best effect.
